Anderson Pharmacy which is owned by Mike and Sue Blaha is a pharmacy and Hallmark Gold Crown store, carrying a full line of DME supplies, gifts, and an in-store photo lab.
Mike and Sue are Race Directors for the Ord Adventure Race in July.
Mike and Sue have enjoyed running and racing since the early 80′s and adventure racing has added a fun and interesting twist to exercising and having fun.
Mike and Sue have shown that people from all ages can participate at all levels and have a great time in doing it.

Parks and Recreation is a Department of the City of Kearney. The City is a municipal government organization. The Recreation Division of the Parks and Rec Dept. provides a multitude of recreational programs and events throughout the year. Programs include youth and adult sports, youth day camps,outdoor recreation programs adult leisure and aquatic programs. The Recreation Division specializes in special events including the Nebraska Senior Games, Heritage days, Community Olympics, Dad/Daughter Date Night, Sue Bush Run and the Fall Blitz Volleyball Tournament.

Scott Hayden was born and raised in White Rock, New Mexico, then graduated from Bethany College in Lindsborg, Kansas in 1987. Scott graduated with a degree in Recreation & Business management. Scott worked as a Sports Coordinator in Los Alamos, New Mexico for 2 years and then began his current position as Recreation Superintendent with the City of Kearney in 1989. Scott has over 20 years of experience in coordinating running, cycling, triathlons and now adventure races along with a variety of traditional sports and community special events. Scott is very passionate about recreation with all the benefits it provides to people and the community. Scott has a very good, hard working staff that shares his passion and helps provide quality events in all they do. Scott’s hobbies include basketball, coaching youth sports, mountain biking and hiking.

Over the past few years Scott has seen a trend towards adventure sports and getting away from some traditional sports. With the assistance from local adventure racer Kevin Witte, Dr. Marta Moorman the Recreation Professor at UNK, Jim Craig, owner of Angry Cow Adventures, as well as area sponsors Scott has directed fun and quality events the past 2 years. Scott’s desire is to promote the importance of wellness, have a quality event and expose more people to the thrill of adventure racing.

Pam Grossenbacher is On Your Marks project manager and Lisa’s “right hand Pam”. Seeking career evolution following 15 years in the accounting department at Gallup, Pam now keeps On Your Marks operating in top form every day preparing estimates and presentations, tracking orders, and the like.
