I am going to have a common gear list for 2010.
 If I add or change anything it will be on an update before the upcoming race.
This will be the gear list for 2010.

Training

There will be Orienteering, Navigation, Bike, Running, Nutrition, Gear and other race topics during the year.

Remember to practice eating and drinking different things with your workouts to see what works the best. Never do something new during a race because it might make for a bad day.

If at all possible try to workout with a group 1-2 times a week to work on pace lines, intervals and just being able to work in a pack.
